Don’t end up making a product that customers don’t want. Most of the time, customers don’t know what they need. Your startup product should fulfill their needs (Ries, 2011).
Use your initial startup days to learn quickly and reduce waste. Adapt fast to provide valuable products and services to your customers (Ries, 2011).
Launch as fast as you can with your Minimum Viable Product (MVP)—a product with essential features to test customer behaviors and gather early feedback (Ries, 2011).
Building products that increase customer engagement is crucial. Remember, what customers want is often uncertain (Ries, 2011).
Don’t invest too much energy and resources into launching your product prototype. Launch early to gain initial customer interest and feedback, then iterate and improve!
